If you had a chaotic dwarven shaman and had him empowered by BoltThrower, why wouldn't he be able to join the Ragers? They have a healer in their cabal headquarters right? Doesn't make sense to me seeing as how BT is one of their gods why one of his clerics of combat couldn't join.
