Well, not exactly.

There's only three real ways to change alignment.

The easiest way, to change to lawful evil, is to take the bloodoath from an Imperial.

The next easiest is to just act however you want. Sooner or later, if you are good and killing other goods, an immortal will notice and change your align accordingly. (Note that it is always much easier to slide down the ladder towards evil than it is to slide back up towards good or even neutral. I can probably count the number of evils who have become good on one hand.)

The hardest way is to find one of the special objects/quests which change your align. Just about all of them involve making you evil, though, with the only good one I have ever heard about completely unobtainable to 99.99% of the playerbase.

A word to the wise... Changing alignment, no matter how easily it is obtained, will always come with a price. You may lose spells/skills, you might become very vulnerable to certain attacks, you might never get a tattoo/cabal/quest, etc.

Unless you have very good RP reasons for changing alignment, and are willing to put alot of time and energy into roleplaying it successfully, you can expect it to completely screw your character for the rest of his life.
