Carrionfields does NOT have a sliding scale alignment that changes as you kill certain mob types (usually align ranges from -1000 to +1000 on MUD's like this). Once you have set your align in the character creation stage, you are expected to roleplay the rest of your career based upon it. As far as changing it via other means (special items, IMM interaction), I refer you to the quality post by "Not An Immortal" below.
