For me at least, it's just the infamous southwestern bell network between dallas and houston. I have the same DSL that cf was on before.. you know.. the one that caused jullias to change providers. So you can imagine the problems..but it only seems to be the dallas to houston trip. It works great everywhere else..*mutter* oh well.
