I always practice dodge and hand to hand at the same time since you dodge more when not wielding a shield or weapon.

As an assassin I hold off and practice dodge/handtohand/unarmed defense at the same time.

Or, you can wield a shield and no weapon and practice dodge/shield block/hand to hand at the same time while spamming trip or dirt kick and perfecting that as well.

I'm all about cutting down on practice time by working on as many things as I can at all the same time.
