Ok, this is a skill idea from another mud, yet nevertheless it might be nice to have something similar here.

Basically, the skill allows you to cut of a bodypart from a corpse. This allows all sorts of things (like a bag full of trophy's, or proof of assassination, or perhaps some ingredient for a phylactery)

That's it.
