This all depends, what class you want, a shamans best bet to switch would be to something warriorish or empowermentish. But thier is a catch, make it clear from the start you want to be a different class, make a simple suggestion, I want to be this... blah blah blah but do it IC and do it well, then rp rp rp rp rp rp and you may get you wish.
