Did you read the cf page? Or helpfile? At all? Let me quote it for you:

"Dwarves are short..."
"The average dwarf is about 4' in height..."

Yet Dwarves are still "medium" sized as a race.

So there is a 6 inch gap between the average svirf and the average dwarf, but an almost 2 foot gap between the average dwarf and the average human. Yet svirfs are "small" and dwarves are "medium".

Am I advocating that these sizes be changed? No. I think they fit, balance-wise. What I am saying, though, is that "questioning duergar" could have already read those helpfiles and still be confused.

You're trying to be Proud Blade or someone and show how cool you are by saying "read the helpfile" but you're doing it in the wrong place. This is one case where the helpfiles DON'T have the exact answer.

You're absolutely right. I am not "trying to be cool" by referring him somewhere. I personally was able to figure out the gameplay sizes with little research. It was oh so wrong of me to suggest someone else do the same. (n/t) Zepachu 15:23:21 8/15/2000 (2)
