I probably would have stopped here. You make your point, still pretty normal.

Nice to see people being responsible for their own behaviour. Nepenthe, while your handling this guy's request for a vacation day, I could use some help with my teachers. They don't understand that I have to ditch class because the leader won't talk to me when I have time either.

Someone, accept that scheduling conflicts exist. Also accept that just because you want to join a cabal/get empowered/be employee of the month/whatever that decision isn't up to you. It's up to the person with the power you're asking for. If you're being ignored for five hours, you might not be handling this the best way (in the game, your real life is another problem), not to mention even In-Game the leaders 'have a real life too'. If that bugs you, go for empowerment. You can be ignored for weeks by a Imm you can't even see. :) I wish you the best of luck, and if it lowers your stress level, play a non-caballed character until you figure out who is generally on when you are. Then make character to talk to them when the time is right. Leaders change, so do their time zones and playing schedules. Have fun, skip work for better stuff.
