everytime there is a quest
everytime there is a place to bring recognition
people tend to forget there role

Empire: sorry I am rescuing this elf to get boots
servant: sorry you know I realy want to be the first to explore here
rager: that ring make you invisible but it is elven lore, will ask the gods
maran: one more kill to please shokai, who care he is naked and begging for mercy
Paladin : I made this caracter to explore so all in guild, you are nothing
so many exemples
I want to be the first to do this or find this so screw my role, I will be someone
