I want to know if it's normal that a elf paladin with 25 int 18 wis and 16 con to have those stat...

2- 10/146 hp, 10/214 m, 11/211 mv 3/3 prac.
3- 11/146 hp, 11/214 m, 10/211 mv 3/3 prac.
4- 11/146 hp, 10/214 m, 11/211 mv 3/3 prac.
5- 9/146 hp, 11/214 m, 10/211 mv 3/3 prac.
6- 10/146 hp, 9/214 m, 10/211 mv 3/3 prac.

(the 6 is exact, but the other was similar to those I wrote).
