I think you should be able to manage to find
a 10 minute gap to keep a character alive.
Besides, if you're playing a character so
irregularly, isn't it better to just delete?
Each time you log in, half of your cabal had
a turnover, the rules have changed and
empire has a new emperor. Half your enemies
have died of old age, and you've no friends
but ic friends that remember you from their
previous characters.

(just reflecting how I'd feel if I had a char from two years back,)

Seems a tad wrong to me. Also, I'd rather
have no scouters and cause a minor annoyance
to people that wish to keep their characters
alive indefinitly, then the other way around
