The gist of it was (and I think this is apparent if that particular IRC log is around somewhere. . .I got the idea it was from other posts but I could be wrong): Scarabaeus tells Graatch: "Look, we're sick of your sad little attempts at gaining attention. Go away. If you don't, you're never going to get into a cabal or anything of the kind again." Idea being site bans are ultimately impotent, but because Graatch's characters are relatively easy to spot regardless it's possible in some way to enforce our right to refuse service to anyone. Those weren't idle threats. With no particular offense intended at this time, I think IB hit the nail on the head. You'd have to be a masochist or something of the kind to want to hang around when you're just not wanted. We're not talking about one of those noble groundbreaking things like being the first girl in military school or whatever. . .we were annoyed with Graatch solely because of his actions.
