The unbroken blade, wasn't he? Something like that, anyhow. Of course he was tough and strong, so was his blade. And as unyielding as such. I remember "An Immortal tells you 'have a moment?' You tell An Immortal 'Certainly' You have been transferred! [exits: none]" You can bet the first thing I did was soiled my pants, just by his reputation of slay first ask questions later. The SECOND thought to enter my mind was "what the hell did I do?" But in any actual interaction I had with Cador, I never felt I was treated unfairly, or poorly. Certainly, I admit I did some stupid things (As a Knight Imm, publicly arguing with the Avatar of Cador about Honor).. He was fair, and firm and just. Like a somewhat strict father. Though at least in the bringing fear department, Shokai looks like he's picking up the mantle well (without multi-slays!). - Tharena
The Hall of Honor
He may never have liked me, but certainly the only thing I had for him as a player was respect tinged slightly with fear that I'd displease him. Yes, he dealt harshly with people who broke rules or were "excessively stupid". That was his way. At least someone stuck fear into the hearts of cheaters. It isn't supposed to be easy to be a lightwalker, and he gave a real true to life image of that. In a way, since he left, there hasn't been quite as much of a strong showing of the fear as there was.
