Depends. They can be effective but luck plays
a large factor in how you do. With skills even
perfected you get struck a LOT. Other then that
they can be entertaining to watch against a warrior
but against warriors of others that rely on str
(AP's Paladins Thieves) it can be effective. But
don't expect quick kills with them.
