However, I think that you have to accept that part of the job when you accept the position. There's a certain leader, to remain nameless, that I saw every day for 3 or 4 weeks UNTIL the ragers became strong and now I haven't seen him/her for a week and a half, AT ALL! That's out of control.

Of course, he/she might be on vacation or something, but it just seems like to much of a coincidence. He/she's not the only one either.
