Imbrogno it's quite obvious that you have some sort of inferiority complex with regard arbiters and do everything possible to boost them despite the fact that the majority of players hate them.

CF needs less cabalees
Uncaballed people are more interesting, they pass beyond the limiting boundaries of cabal ideals and they blend across the lines of how cabals interact(how does a cabal resolve it's feeling for an excellent friend but someone who hangs out with types they don't like)
Cabals need to be more elite in the people they induct (by this i mean supremo rp) too many people make characters assuming they will get into a cabal, it's such a fucking dead end for CF , as soon as people get uncaballed they delete, it's pathetic..reduce the reliance upon cabals.

Empire and Dawn should be the only truly populous cabals, the others should be the paragons of the ideals.
Why should a cabal which by virtue of it's style have a high populace only account for such a meagre % of the populace of the movers/shakers/adventurers of Thera.
You have chosen such things as Master:25 and Empire:30, what prepostrous numbers, the Masters should have one of the least numbers, it's an exlusive Inner sanctum of only the most deidicated magi, it's not a fucking whorehouse for scourgemongers.

With such high numbers of cabalees in Thera, cabal membership is nothing that needs to be worked for anymore, cabalees are not held with the slightest regard, they are as common as muck. The beliefs and persona of the cabals are mutated and sullied by having the copious numbers.
