when rolling a character's stats, when do human/half-elf extra bonuses come in?
If I'm supposed to get +3 dexterity, is it added on to my accepted roll, or included in it? If I roll, say, 18 dex,
will my starting dexterity be 18 (+3 included) or 21 (+3 added after) ?

Follow Ups:

The +3 bonus is not added to what you roll...it is added to the max possible. you get what you roll, but you can train it up farther later.nt LoGB 10:32:37 8/24/2000 (0)
