But I'll ramble anyway, because it's late, and I'm prone to such things. Once upon a time, I was mightily pissed that while I was staying up until 4am just to pray to Shokai as Challen, he was chatting with me as Tambermane (grr...), so of all people, I'd be the one to have some sort of beef. And yet, I don't. Why not? Because there's no rational reason for anyone to. Really, imms are allowed to play followers of their own religions, and chars in their own cabals. And I suspect that at the time, playing Tambermane was more of a chore than a source of joy or relaxation. I find it hard to imagine any imm really getting a kick out of playing a mortal leader of their own cabal... maybe I'm wrong, but in every instance that I know of it happening during this Age (I can only think of three offhand, though I'm sure there are more), it was a product of necessity moreso than of conspiralicious imm-abuse-of-power. Honestly though, I still don't get what you were suggesting. Care to explain?
