When you cast a spell correctly and get better, you get one % better. When you learn from your mistakes, you can get better up to three percent. Inteligence effects how oftn you get better to some degree and by how much when you learn from your mistakes by great degree. An elf will get 3% half of the time while a fire giant might only get a three one of a hundred times. Hope this helps, and that I am correct.
