I was in a bad relationship once but we lived together. I would get up at 6am and play for 2 hours, leave for work (I lived real close to work), come home for lunch and play for 30 minutes, back to work, home around 6pm and play til 2 or 3am (sometimes later), sleep, get up at 6am and hit it again. On fridays I'd play from 6pm til around 9am Saturday, sleep til noon, play til 2am Sunday morning. This went on for about 10 months during the second age. I can safely say I'm and a full blown addict. That relationship ended. I don't play quite that much now but it's not uncommon for me to play for 8 or 10 hours at a time. I'm married to a cool woman now so I don't try to avoid her :)
