Usually, I listen to instrumental Frank Zappa music... but sometimes if I'm in a wild mood I listen to more powerful stuff (Ride of the Valkyries, Marches, etc). But if I play in silence or listen to crappy music (Britany Spears, N'Sync, etc), my RP is crappy (but it does make me want to kill people:)
