> I completely understand how you might want to play a mage one day, or a warrior the next... but let me ask you this, Sir... If you logged on a day where you really wanted to play your Mage, and saw only baddies in your grasp... would you logoff and relogin as your Warrior? If you answered yes then ding ding ding, that's my whole point. I severely doubt you would stick it out as your Mage where you had a great chance of being killed. Again, that's my whole point.
No, I would use my mage to kill the ragers. Being that I rarely play chars that get tooled by ragers (elf invokers, anyone?), this isn't too much of a stretch. Having a range totally full of allies is worse than having a range totally full of enemies, if you ask me.
So, despite your "severe doubt" that someone with three chars wouldn't cabal hop, there are people out there who get pleasure from being outnumbered 5 to 1 but still being able to pick them off through intelligent tactics.
And, if you're a mage who dies repeatedly to ragers, you're doing something horribly wrong.
