My list...

5) Lore. If you are putting serious time into a character, there's no reason not to be spamming this skill. If you have the skill, you probably aren't using mana for much anyway.

4) The Detect evil/good/know alignment line of spells and devices. I don't trust anybody, and that red aura helps remind me not to make myself vulnerable even while grouped.

3) The druid supp Thorn. Can easily allow a druid to outdamage even an invoker of the same level. Most people just ignore this spell and race to sunray though.

2) Control undead on a necromancer. I know I saw one log here recently with some mausoleum vampires, but everybody else seems to think that elite storm zombies are the fashion statement I guess.

and #1) Shaman Dispel Magic. Who else can drop spells on both communers and mages? Too many shamans waste their time demonfiring, when they need to be dropping people's protection/stoneskin/aura/etc.

Just my opinions, nothing special.
