I posted this awhile ago, as I found out through experimentation. I realize I could just tell you to go off and experiment like I did, but hell, save you a few minutes.

You can effect four bodyparts and with each successful nerve strike on those bodyparts a stat is effected for (about) 2 hours. (3 ticks)

Forearm strike: -2dex
Kidneys strike: -2con
Knee strike: -2dex
Shoulder strike: -2str

Oh, and they are cumulative. You can use them as much as you can.
