Many times Arbiters come interferring with raids
then flag the whole village as a result.

Recently, Ayragus, Ikemasuka, Pintose, (Ranger) and Jorg were raiding the Tower.
Battle rager imm was present, feel free to comment also.
Fuath shows up for 10 seconds along with others, Fuath fled, Shaman was gone, Shark died.
and next thing I know, Ikemasuka IS NOW WANTED, PINTOSE IS NOW WANTED... and more and more.
is this allowed?
dont blame ragers for taking the book, it is this kind of BS flagging that ragers take the book.
