After you load up the file into notepad...

1) Click Edit up top, and then Select All... everything will turn blue.

2) Click Edit again, and then click Copy. That'll put it into your "Windows Clipboard."

3) Switch to your web browser and click on the Comments area where you type.

4) Press CTRL, hold yer finger on it, then V. You'll see it all pop up in the box.
