> Ok, so i've had two chars who've had this particular role. To be blunt, they were Ted Bundy. Nice to everyone, outgoing and witty, a general all around guy you'd like to group with. He gave out free eq to those he thought might be manipulated by such things and so on. He'd use them for information, grouping purposes, or an easy kill if they pissed him off or became useless. Now, from what i've seen, you can be nailed for this sort of thing. If I want to get the travelling boots as a citizen, why not? I go and kill the prisoner afterwards, than use the travelling boots to chase and kill countless lightwalkers. Clearly the intentions were not to save the elf, and so what if the elf did get saved? I'll just be abusing the boots. In general when I play an empire or scarab'ish character, i'm always worried that this rp will be mistook for just a weakling who's being unnecessarily friendly to other chars. With the anathema happy Empire imms, i'm always worried i'll be nabbed without explanation, even if it's in my role. Just a trend i've noticed.

My suggestion: As Nepenthe's once said, I think, it doesn't take much to add the reasoning to your role. Simplest form...

Role + Prefers to do kind things for others, in hopes to use such generosity for later manipulation.
Role add.

Role, to me, isn't designed for things like "wants to join the empire, hates elves because they were snotty to him once" that show in your rp, but things that would go unnoticed, or *would* get you in trouble without a valid rp reason. Therefore, you give that reason in your role. Well, just my two cents on that.
