I can say "use the forum search" in fewer words than I can say "The smack pad, in my opinion, was designed as a type of mini warsub. You leave a smack, which can be a funny tidbit, an off topic rant, a horrendous flame, etc and then people can read it and if they don't like it they can leave their own smack which can be a reply to your smack or just some other BS of their own devising" all of which can be found if you use the forum search and read Zepachu's reply to the same questioned asked two or three days before and Dioxide's initial post on the topic.
