Also the Inn of the Eternal Star doesn't really lean towards one alignment or another, granted Troupe doesn't allow evils without imm consent...but that's because it's not overly evil (on the whole) to stand around entertaining people.
As for competition, if you really want to make a second sort of Troupe that wants to 'compete' with the Troupe of the Eternal Star...there is a fairly large Inn in Galadon...*shrug* see what you can gather.
