He died to poison, so he keeps the item.

You have to impement a flag_owner_of_poison if you want
to solve this problem.
Else there is no way to find out who should gain the item
when Destructor dies to poison (or something like that).

PS: ragers are supposed to be tough right? eh :)
you have to work more to raid them.
