If you take something that you did not earn, you weaken yourself.

If we wanted something, we'd take it. We wouldn't lower ourselves to take the scrapings of anyone. I remember turning away the orb once, because sylvans went and got it, but didn't think they could defend it.

It's the same reason why any self respecting rager will not give a full set of Pwent armor to a 15th rank warrior, even if it goes to waste in the shrine.

Let him go learn, and earn it himself.

Let the village go raid, and get thier own things.
