I think they oughtta be working on more important stuff, fixing bugs, coding areas and quest and not have to rework the complete rolling process. If you're taking 5 days, or 3 weeks to roll a character, you're insane. Any character, with decent to perfect stats, can be rolled in less than 2 hours. I usually have the best results on a roller within the first 1k rolls.
