Mine sends a message to me if I'm in the game. Regardless of what channels I have on or off I will get this message. It also goes into the log file with all the prays which I check every couple days to see who is looking for me and keep an eye out.

How do the other ones work? Never bothered to ask myself, but I'm sure they also get the message regardless.
