What I meant: utilize praying as a method to let whichever Immortal has the EEC "duty" at the time know that you are ready to speak with the EEC. Unless you are very, very, very lucky, and your timing is perfect, and the Immortal that is going to give you the reagents is following or snooping you when you go to speak to the EEC, the EEC will just attack you. He's a mob, unless he's taken over by an Imm, and an aggressive one at that.

If you don't agree, fine. I'm just relating what I did, and what worked for me.
