You can hold any two-handed weapon and you will hit with a claw attack. This is interpretted by the mud as 'dual wielding' so if your skill DUAL WIELD is at 100%, then that claw attack will hit more often.

Now, if you hold a one-handed weapon and hold nothing in your offhand, this is also interpretted by the mud as using the DUAL WIELD skill.

Lastly, you can _not_ hold two one-handed weapons as a felar. But you can hold a one-handed weapon and a shield.

This is the reason you don't see felars specializing in swords, because FLURRY is a skill that is used best with two one-handed swords ... and FLOURINTINE will not work without two one-handed swords.
