They implemented herbal forage after I left the Imm-staff, so my observations are only my best guess, and not necessarily the honest gospel. But it seems to me that the only ambiguous herbal forages are healing and offense. Everything else, you can figure out just by using a skill/supplication after foraging. Your detect good usually lasts 30 ticks because you are level 30, now it lasts 33? You just got a utility herb. One of your defensive supplications lasts a tick or two longer? Its a defensive herb. Otherwise, its a healing/offensive supp. Its _not_ hard to figure out. Maybe for druids who never get to a point where they can see the number of hours their spells last, it can be confusing and frustrating. But, I expect they will lose interest in the class and delete sooner or later anyway. OMHO, Druids are one of the only classes where everything isn't totally spelled out on the web pages, making them one of the last classes you can truly explore for yourself. I once toyed with the thought of posting a listing of all the different 'call of the wild' beasts possible, but decided against it since, honestly, the majority of a druid's strength comes from their secrecy. >>I'm not the type of player that wants anything handed to them. I think this would be a fun solution: I'm glad you don't want the answers handed to you. But, there's something so much more rewarding in figuring things out for yourself that makes being a druid different from all the other classes. A quest like this would only need to be done once before it was on the web pages, and that tends to kill alot of the mistique of the classes.
