Wrong.

Is there a point? Do you blame them?

If they do indeed log off, yes, I blame them.

Why waste your favorite character fighting an overpowered charactered?

What does waste, mean? Lose equipment?

Why not weaken liches?

Cause they've earned it

Get rid of the quest or make it easier.

Why make it easier? Let them earn their great powers.

I rather fight more weaker liches than one lich that can spank eveyone and anyone.

You haven't fought many liches.

For all those of you that disagree....Where the fuck are you when he logs on? Duhhhh...

Speaking for myself, and actually, for many, I was drooling when I saw Zorszaul about. Another chance to try and take him down! I'd gather a bunch of Imperials, Arbiters, whoever, together, and try to destroy the fella. Never worked, obviously, but coming sooooo close was an unbelievable thrill. Many others thought the same, and when they saw Zorszaul, they'd contact me, and we'd start to organize. Yes, there were the folks who logged off, but not as many as you would think.

And don't group all Liches together. Zorszaul and Istendil were rather special. The others did not come even close to creating the same aura of panic and fear that those did.
