I've been flagged for simply being in Tar Valon after raiding Master...with no PK opposition in the game. I guess to keep from being framed I should have walked home via the underdark. Not only would the arbiter not tell me who I apparently attacked, they wouldn't even say who were the witnesses. Fortunately this mid-ranked tranny...name began with an M...was later removed for other stupidities. That's pretty indicative of the abilities of the majority of the arbiters. Maybe I'm biased because the last cabal I lead was battle and people are falling overthemselves to get inducted, but if you cannot be selective because of the low number of applicants, perhaps the problem lies in the training they receive *after* being inducted. This should fall directly upon the shoulders of the heroes in the cabal.
