I see "connection refused". This pretty much means that CF is down, right?

2 questions:

1. What's with the tale-gathering? If I'm not mistaken, it was going to take
place today, right? I wanted to participate...

2. Why is CF always down on Saturdays? Just wondering...
Do all the Imms just put all the new code they wrote during the week in
and depart on weekends?
