As an aside, taking away the cabal item would lead to MORE hatred of the arbiter cabal. Dawn,troupe cannot kill you on another continent and cannot cost you exp. Arbiters are a non entity when it comes to cabal wars for a start so i don't think anyone gives a toss if the come or go. Arbiters will still turn up to cabal guardians looking to chase criminals so it's fine. The law has not been agreed by the majority thus the law is NOT sacrosanct and thus the law CANNOT be placed above everything else, law is a force in thera just as entropy is..i suggest that whatever happens of Arbiters must equally happen to Entropy perhaps you should consider this option in mind before you continue trying to turn arbiters into young gods.
LAW has no more virtue in CF than hating magic it's pure and simple, in reality i am a law abiding citizen thankful to the forces that guard me, in this game ... they are nothing special.
