It means that he can stack his commands during the fight, but in this case he would have to be prescient in order to know which way you fled. Hence, He did not type the direction you fled until AFTER you did. So from that count forward is your teleport and his maneuvering to kill you. Though it was likely the lag after the flee that got you as another poster suggested. I do not know how many ticks that is, but one would be enough if he had everything perfected. With pathfinding he has none. With perfected camo and perfected ambush or waylay and the majority of his time spent in the forests none of those commands lag.
