Probably an assassin (my other great love.) And I'm not sure about race, maybe a drow... they do well. But probably a felar, for claws and health.

I'd pick this because assassins can rank alone with a fair amount of patience, and can see everything except camoflauge... so it's kind of hard to be jumped, unless you're really unobservant.

Then again, maybe a Baron Drow AP, those are fun and decently independant. *shrug*
