I've just been waylaying mobs and have always had a two round lag. My reasoning was that since I have ambush perfected and not waylay, I would take the sure thing and ambush (with it's two round lag). So I've never pked with waylay at all. I'll have to try this out then. As to the two name thing, I am unsure. Unless I have just happened to attack mobs with two names it seems like the lag on waylay has always been two rounds on mobs.
