A charisma question

k being looking through a lot of older posts but cant get an answer from them.

What race is the most charismatic?
Is is just humans and Half-elves that vary in this stat according to class?
Just out of interest as with my conjie charisma at 23..
am still getting angry elementals about 20-30% of the time.
So is it possible to have more than 23 charisma.. and if so what race?

When Wood elfs came out they could have 24 cha, but then they lower it to 22, so yes 23 is the max charisma. nt PINI 14:15:52 10/8/2000 (0)
