The forms referred to a often called quest forms... you might try searching the forums for them. But to sum it up, the special forms are forms given out for exceptional role play in a powerful character. They are rarely given out. If you ask a member of the Troupe, they can allow you into the Lyceum (their library.) In the book about mages, a few of the special forms are mentioned.
