Bard question...

OK, Ive heard that if you are a bard and you are drunk (the character, not YOU), the songs and mana regen will be better... Ive also heard that now being drunk lowers the dex and other stats of the char, based on these things, Ive a question... Are these two things right?

And if they are right, isnt this a bit unfair to all the bards out there, I mean how do you take advantage of the mana regen and song power if it lowers your physical prowess?

Sorry if the structure of the sentences is wrong, english isnt my native lang.
