I doubt you can get in as a communing paladin.
You may however get in as one that dosent - thats got to be tricky, but with the new specs its probably possible. Would take quite the roleplay.

I would talk to the leader and go pray at suitable places or shrines for Holtzendorf or Boltthrower.
There was an arbiter paladin with BoltThrowers tattoo - Kantherion from memory.
