I read Dio's forum a lot and I have this page opened in my browser almost all the time. So quite long time ago I decided to get rid of these annoying banners. Now I don't see them. I don't use any kind of zappers and banner blockers. The solution is very simple. Anyone who knows a bit of html can do it.

Hint - banners reside in a separate frame, you do not need it to browse the site.

I don't want to give a complete description of what to do cause Dioxide will kill me if I do. I will give a brief recipe for those hackers who understand.

Download the main html page which contains the frameset to your disk.
Open the html file in an editor and edit the frameset removing banner frame.
Edit the URLs for side and main frame so that they pointed to gameshadow instead of local files.
If you want, in your bookmarks put a reference to the local file instead of the remote URL.
Every day connect to carrion.gameshadow.com and click on the banner so that Dioxide doesn't kill me.
