First you have to remember that the Immortals are always busy in the Realm or our trying to make it better and better.
*I hate what replaced Hoan Dar Forest (mis-spelt) But I bet its good once you get into it.
But the first time I emailed Jullias I got an email within that same day, soit depends on

*When they check there email.
*Is your email worth bothering them?
*Is your email so important for an immediate response?
